• The bus is described as a VIP cabin sleeper bus: private cabins (single or double), approx size 90 × 180 cm.

• Travel time: ~ 8 to 9 hours from Sapa to Hạ Long (depending on traffic/rest stops) for the VIP service. 

• Pickup: either your hotel in Sapa town (if centrally located) or the bus operator’s office in Sapa (697 Điện Biên Phủ Street). 

• Drop-off: In Hạ Long City, at the operator’s office (TT33 Khu Shophouse Sun Premier/Hạ Long Village) in Bai Chay ward. 

• Luggage allowance: Typically 1 suitcase up to ~20 kg + one small carry-on. 

⚠️ Things to check / consider

• Make sure what exact cabin type you are booking: single vs double cabin (for two persons) differ in size and price. 

• The drop-off point in Hạ Long is in town (Bai Chay). If your aim is to get directly to a cruise pier, check how far/what transfer you might still need.

• Track arrival time of night bus: if you take a 21:00 departure, arrival may be very early morning; if you have onward plans (tour, cruise) make sure timing works.
