Term & conditions

When you pre arrange your Airport service you will also need to inform us all the necessary details, such as the passenger's name, contact numbers, date, time, flight details. Please allow 12 hours for confirmation of your booking.

1. Payment: Pay  in advance by  payment online  .


2. After we receive your booking you will be sent a confirmation message or email. The confirmation email is your reservation.

3. Customers are entitled to cancel the reservation by email or phone. We ask our customers to send the cancellation as soon as possible so we can have the car available for other customers.

4. Customers are limited to two items of luggage including a golf bag. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. The driver will not be able to accept more passengers or luggage than possible, due to safety measures.

5. Any cancellation received within 10 days prior to departure date will incur 50% amount charge. 
Any cancellation received within 03 days prior to departure date will incur 100% amount charge.
